Perfection is Human

Some, like Ms Bettancourt, have been lucky enough to be rescued from the clutches of outlawed Maoist gangs. Others, like this blogger, still hope to to gain freedom from them, wishing that the Geneva Convention for the Protection of Civilians during War is still in force in 2009 Western Europe.

New election? Back to our favourite subject, presto

Spanish officials are spoiled anew with a frech attack by Eta, in which they will bask in once and again while avoiding uneasy debates about a hit economy or irregular espionage networks.

New false flag demonstrations and riots by the Spanish police

Spanish officials try to focus the political debate around the axis "Spanish nation vs nationalist terrorism" through a spate of acts of violence before the upcoming elections in two of Spain's national communities: the Basque Country and Galicia.

Pastoret, a on vas?

The wannabe-shepherd zamarra costume from El Corte Inglés is OK, the senior euskaldun green welly brigade is nice, the tortilla de bacalao and the cider, though heavy, fit well and the ikurriña jacks are cute, but...

Does anybody know who is this man.?

That the Spanish intelligence services were among the best in the world infiltrating enemy structures was a well-known fact. That Spain has been tirelessly fighting its domestic nationalities through its heavy-handed espionage network was also notorious. But that we would witness such a state-of-the art mockery of democracy in 21st century Europe, after the still recent news that the Catalan parties Convergencia i Unio and Esguerra Republicana de Catalunya, the Basque Eusko Alderdi Jeltsalea, the Valencian Bloc Nacionalista Valencia and now the Bloque Nacionalista Gallego were operated by the espionage as well was just a matter of time before the Spanish secret services gathered courage and decided to run for the regional and European election boosting how they rule the roost.

What other surprises holds the future now in Spain's long way towards much-awaited Spanish-only Spain, that perfect and exact reflection of itself? Worse, Spain's EU and UN counterparts find these experiments in their favourite guinea pig just lovely, and applaud it.
